Is the app really free?
Yes. The core is free and stays free: unlimited pets and health records, reminders, iCloud sync, PDF export, Scan a Record and Siri. Free limits: 5 notes and 3 documents per pet, 1 attachment per record. Pro adds the Apple Watch app, widgets, medications, weight and expense tracking, Family Sharing and more.
How much is Pro?
In the US, Pro is $2.99 a month or $19.99 a year (the yearly plan starts with a free week, where eligible), or $39.99 once for life. The App Store shows the price for your country. On the Ukrainian App Store, Pro is free.
Do I need to create an account?
No account needed. Your data is stored on-device and syncs via your personal iCloud account.
Is my data private?
Your health records are stored locally on your device and synced through your personal iCloud account. We don't store your pet names, health records, or personal information. Anonymous usage statistics and crash reports help us improve the app, and you can turn them off in Settings → Privacy.
What happens to my records if I lose my phone or stop paying for Pro?
Nothing you add is deleted. With iCloud on, records come back on a new iPhone; automatic backups go to iCloud Drive, and you can export a passphrase-protected backup file. If Pro ends, Pro sections lock and the PDF export stays free.
How do I give my vet my pet's records?
Open the pet and tap Share → Share PDF for a health summary with vaccinations, treatments, medications and weight.
Can I use it for multiple pets?
Yes — unlimited pets at no cost. Dogs, cats, or any custom pet type.
